This is real dumb. Set a goal, then accomplish the goal ten times (rather than just once). Define what it takes to succeed, then literally do it nine times harder than you need to. How is this not just greed?

So many of us are using social media as a source of information and I believe it drives the sense of loathing about the future of our country and our civilization. Things have always been bad and there’s always been a lot to worry about but people didn’t get that constant algorithmic Prompting to worry the way we all do now. My biggest goal is to try to figure out how to start winding down in the early afternoon rather than crash landing right before bed like landing on an aircraft carrier. I want to have it be like I am Commercial airliner on a gradual descentmiles from the airport. So for me that means no Twitter or news after 11 AM and if something really big has sure I can check that but otherwise I’m not going to.
